How do our fees work?
Our fee structure is designed to be as simple and as transparent as possible:

FREE CONSULTATION
Contact us and we will talk through your staffing needs, go through all the costs and advise you on salaries and employment conditions. This is free of charge and there is no obligation to move forward.

step
REGISTRATION
You’ve decided you want to use us to find your perfect staff! We collect your details and begin the search. The small registration deposit ensures we are investing our resources in genuine candidate searches.

step
SHORTLISTING
We’ve worked hard to find a set of candidates that meet your requirements. We will send you the chosen candidates’s profiles for your review. You can interview as many as you please.

TRIAL PERIOD
Before exchanging contracts, you can choose to trial your chosen candidate to see how they fit in your household. Trials can be up to 2 weeks and the trial fee is deducted from your final placement fee.

step
CONTRACT
You’ve found your perfect member of staff and offered them a contract. Your placement fee is invoiced at this stage, and the 8-week replacement guarantee is in effect.
REGISTRATION FEE
£125 for household staff / £500 school or institutes
This is deducted from your final invoice
Why do we charge a registration fee?
PERMANENT PLACEMENT FEE
Overseas roles – 22% net annual salary
UK / Channel Island roles – 19% net annual salary
School roles – 18% – 20% net annual salary
This is a ONE-TIME FEE – paid upon contract

What salary would I pay my staff?

T&CS
Fees are invoiced when Client and Candidate exchange contracts – this invoice is payable within 5 working days.
We make every effort to ensure your employee meets your high expectations, however should there be a need in the first 8 weeks,
we will seek to replace a candidate free of charge.
All costs incurred from employment (eg. immigration formalities, taxes, social security, medical costs, travel and insurance)
are the sole responsibility of the client.
